The Birth Connections Community Center offers space to rent:
-to hold workshops and classes
- for birth/ family professionals to see clients (massage therapists, counselors, doulas etc)
We are located in the diverse neighborhood of Tower Grove South between the vibrant South Grand shopping district and the growing Morgan Ford Business District. Our building is a mixture of an office space, a lounge area and a garden with possibilities to renovate more rooms in the future.
The office is upstairs and includes a couch with two chairs, a desk, and shelving. The downstairs space includes a bathroom. The downstairs lounge is set up with couches and armchairs which comfortably seats 8 people, but can accommodate more with more chairs. We provide a library of books and DVD’s as well as teaching supplies for childbirth educators. There is one large window and several small windows which provide ample ambient light, but there are also blinds that can be closed for privacy.
Rates for classes & workshops: $25 for 2 hour minimum. $50 per day on the weekends.
Rates for office space: $10 per hour
Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is April Woollard and I am currently training to become a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instuctor. I am hoping to be up and running early May. I am currently looking for a place to hold my classes. My doula from my last addition told me about Birth Connections and I am really excited to have a place like this in St. Louis. I plan to come to a meeting but won’t be able to attend until March due to my husband’s work obligations. I am excited to meet you all and look forward to working with you in the future!!
